The Pavilion Quarter, Dun Laoghaire is excited to announce a fantastic calendar of family themed events running from April to October. Dun Laoghaire is gearing up for the summer months and there promises an event to suit everyone, residents and visitors alike…! So diaries at the ready and make note, The PQ restaurants are combining delicious free food sampling with a range of events including fireworks, music, street entertainment and much, much more…
The Pavilion Quarter Events Calander;
Sunday, 8th April . The Great Easter Egg Trail
The Easter bunny & the white Rabbit will be putting in a very special appearance to kick off the Pavilion Quarter’s first event. There’ll be some free scrumptious food tasters on the days and the eggs – travagansa Egg trail starts outside the Hen House from 3-5pm.
Saturday May 5th, It’s the Cinco de Mayo Fiesta!
Experience all things Mexican, try some spicy free food nibbles and get into the fiesta mood with some street performers and dance your blues away with Mariachi music from3-5pm.
Sunday 1st July, American Independence Festival,
The Pavilion Quarter will go all out American with a display of classic & vintage cars, the Dublin Harley Davidson bike club will be around for a drive by & photos. Sample some all American food from outdoor concessions and restaurants from 3-5pm.
Saturday 18th August, Fabulous Food & Fireworks!
Join us for a night of “FFF”, FABULOUS FOOD & FIREWORKS! “The Pavilion Quarter is the prime viewing area for the first “Summer is a Festival” fireworks display from 8-10pm
Saturday 27th October, Ghouls ‘N Goblins
To celebrate Halloween there’ll be ghastly & garish face painting, prizes and lots of make & do! Free samples of ghoulish gastro will be on offer so come dressed in your craziest costume & the Pavilion Quarter witch will judge the scariest one, from 3-5pm.
